Here at the Sanctuary Golf Resort, we aim to make your events as easy for you as possible. We are Bunbury’s premier function and event venue. Located on a picturesque 18-hole golf course, our modern function centre has magnificent views of undulating fairways and sparkling lakes, making for a relaxing venue away from the office. Offering complete flexibility, attention to detail, and a dedicated, friendly team, the Sanctuary Golf Resort is the perfect place to hold any function or event in Bunbury.
We have an option of 3 different areas of our resort for events and functions – our Marquee, the Function Centre and the Boardroom.
All guests can enjoy an abundance of free onsite parking as well as free WiFi across the Resort.

The Marquee
Imagine hosting your next function against the backdrop of natural South West bushland, the sunset casting golden hues over the nearby lakes and all of your guests having the time of their lives. Our marquee option combines the glorious sights of the Sanctuary with whatever you need – tables, chairs, stages, a very versatile space.
The Function Centre
This space can be 1 large room or divided into two or three smaller rooms covering any type of functions – corporate dinners, large conferences, golf days and workshops, birthday parties and small intimate private dinners.
Event management is no easy task! Our experienced events team can arrange morning and afternoon tea, a delightful buffet lunch or an impressive cocktail party for 250

The Board Room
A smaller room ideal for 5 – 10 people, and perfect for off-site work meetings, interviews, board meetings and small group meetups.
Our Functions and Events Coordinator are also available to help everything run smoothly in the lead-up and during the day.

Wakes and Memorials
Remember the life of your loved one in a tranquil setting with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our private function room or Marquee offer a restful outlook to the golf course and allow for intimate gatherings or open-door memorials accommodating up to 250 guests.
